You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, submit a booking request, make a payment, or opt in to SMS/text communications.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into an agreement with us.

Gleam Booth provides photo booth and event-related services, which may include:
Photo booth rentals
Prints
Digital photo delivery
Custom overlays
Custom backdrops
Custom prop signs
GIFs, boomerangs, and video features
AI photo booth services
Event communication, scheduling, confirmations, and customer support
We may modify, update, pause, or discontinue any service, feature, package, or website content at any time.
Specific event bookings may also be governed by our Booking Policy, invoice terms, package details, or written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed event agreement, the signed agreement will control for that specific booking.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, disrupt, hack, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Not submit false, misleading, harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

Make sure any submitted logos, artwork, photos, names, or materials are authorized for use
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us, including names, dates, phone numbers, emails, event details, logos, spelling, and design instructions.
4. Website Content
The information on our website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. We try to keep our website accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all information, pricing, package details, images, availability, or service descriptions are always complete, current, or error-free.
Final pricing, availability, and service details are confirmed through direct communication, invoice, booking form, or written agreement.
5. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not guarantee availability or reserve your event date.
Your event date is only reserved after we confirm availability and receive any required retainer, deposit, signed agreement, or approved booking confirmation.
Prices, packages, add-ons, and availability may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Gleam Booth.
Messages may include:
Inquiry responses
Appointment or event confirmations
Booking updates
Event reminders
Customer support messages
Payment or invoice reminders
Service updates
Marketing or promotional messages, if you have opted in to receive them
Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry, booking, event status, or communication preferences.
7. SMS Consent
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.
By checking a consent box, submitting a form with SMS consent, texting us first, or otherwise opting in, you authorize Gleam Booth to send text messages to the mobile number provided.
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
8. SMS Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying:

9. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and phone plan.
You are responsible for any charges, fees, or costs from your mobile carrier related to SMS/text communications.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may depend on network availability, carrier service, device settings, and other factors outside our control.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may only be shared with service providers as necessary to operate our business and provide communication services on our behalf.
11. User-Submitted Materials
If you submit logos, artwork, images, names, phrases, designs, brand assets, event details, or other materials to us, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide those materials.
You grant Gleam Booth permission to use submitted materials as needed to provide the requested services, including creating custom overlays, backdrops, props, signs, prints, galleries, AI outputs, or other event-related deliverables.
You are responsible for any claims related to unauthorized use of materials you provide to us.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, layouts, logos, designs, service descriptions, page designs, and other materials, is owned by Gleam Booth or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Custom designs, templates, overlays, layouts, prompts, AI styling directions, branding concepts, and other creative materials created by Gleam Booth remain the intellectual property of Gleam Booth unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive only the usage rights described in the applicable Booking Policy, invoice, written agreement, or service terms.
13. Event Content and Promotional Use
Photos, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, AI images, digital galleries, printed images, and other media may be created as part of our services.
Use of event content, copyright ownership, promotional use, portfolio use, and removal requests are governed by our Booking Policy and/or the specific agreement for the event.
If you do not want event content used for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing before the event or at the time of booking.
14. AI Photo Booth Features
If AI photo booth services are used, you understand that AI-generated or AI-enhanced images may vary in style, accuracy, timing, quality, and final appearance.
AI results may depend on guest photos, lighting, selected style, technical systems, internet connection, processing speed, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that every AI result will be perfect, identical, or suitable for every guest.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website or services may use or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors, booking tools, SMS providers, analytics tools, gallery delivery platforms, social media platforms, or embedded website features.
We are not responsible for the actions, availability, security, policies, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, online invoices, or other approved payment methods.
By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and policies of the payment provider.
Event retainers, deposits, cancellations, postponements, and balances are governed by our Booking Policy and/or your specific booking agreement.

You may not use our website, services, forms, SMS system, or communication channels to:

Submit false or misleading information
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
Send spam or unauthorized messages

Your violation of any law or third-party rights
