By using our website, submitting information, requesting services, booking an event, or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you choose to provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, event date, event location, event type, event time, guest count, package interest, messages, notes, and special requests.

We may also collect logos, artwork, names, dates, colors, themes, hashtags, or other event materials you provide for custom overlays, custom backdrops, prop signs, prints, AI photo booth features, or other event-related services.

We may collect basic website and device information automatically, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on the website, links clicked, general website activity, referral source, cookies, and similar tracking information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to respond to inquiries, check event availability, provide quotes, prepare booking details, send invoices, send confirmations, send event reminders, communicate before and after your event, and provide photo booth services.

We may also use your information to create custom overlays, custom backdrops, prop signs, print designs, AI styles, digital galleries, event branding, or other event materials requested by you.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Event Information

When you contact us about an event, we may collect details needed to prepare and provide services. This may include the event date, location, venue, timeline, package selection, design preferences, setup needs, and service requests.

You are responsible for making sure the event details you provide are accurate and complete.

4. Event Photos, GIFs, Videos, and Media

Depending on your selected package and event setup, our services may create photos, GIFs, videos, boomerangs, AI-generated images, digital galleries, prints, or other event media.

Event media may be used to deliver files to the client, allow guests to receive or share their images, create prints or digital downloads, provide gallery access, and complete the services requested for the event.

We do not use private event photos or guest media for marketing, advertising, portfolio, social media, or website use unless we receive permission from the client, event organizer, or authorized party.

5. AI Photo Booth Features

If AI photo booth services are used, guest photos or uploaded images may be processed through AI-related tools, software, or service providers to create AI-generated or AI-enhanced results.

AI results may vary depending on the photo, lighting, selected style, processing tools, internet connection, and technical conditions.

We use AI-related information only as needed to provide the requested AI photo booth service.

6. User-Submitted Materials

If you submit logos, artwork, brand assets, names, photos, phrases, themes, or other materials, we may use them to create event-related deliverables.

This may include custom overlays, custom backdrops, custom prop signs, print designs, event branding, digital galleries, AI photo booth styles, or other materials requested by the client.

You confirm that you have the right to provide and authorize the use of any materials you submit to us.
